20年目の今年の抱負

レッスン始めに　新年の抱負　New Year Resorutione　を聞くことにしています。

私は　レッスンをよりよくするために　以下のことを誓います。

①　Make them curious : いつも楽しい気持ちで

②　Challenge them：挑戦する気持ちをもって

③　Devolve responsibility　：それぞれに責任感を求めて

④　Let students use their tech, their skills and their imagination：興味をもってもらえるように

⑤　Find out what they know and what they're good at：ひとりひとりに寄り添って

⑥　Take a break : 余裕の気持ちをもって

⑦　Create a shared learning experience : 　創造と学びをもって
